Kaliningrad (ABC Live): In Kaliningrad, Russian military Solider Arthur Vilgert was accused of causing more than 1.8 million rubles of damage to the Defense Ministry of Russia by driving an infantry fighting vehicle (BMP- 2), to buy cigarettes in the nearby town of Pravdinsk.
The Military man hijacked a military vehicle for no particular purpose.
