Delhi Police's Encounter Specialist killed Property Tussle

The fate of encounter specialist locked on Monday when he got entangled with local property dealer Vijay Bhadwaj in a deal.
Last night when Rajbir met Vijay Bhadwaj on some monetary deal the matter took ugly turn between old time business partners in tussle Gurgaon based property dealer Vijay gunned down Ranbir Singh, a counter specialist who had came into light, when he killed two terrorists in New Delhi on November 3, 2002.
Rajbir Singh had started his carrier in Delhi police as Sub Inspector in 1982 at present he was holding Assist Commissioner of police Rank.
He was named encounter specialist as he had 56 encounters killing in his credit. The corruption is an element which always had linked with Former ACP of Delhi police. He was caught in corruption by Narcotics Bureau because of his links with drug smugglers.
The Gurgaon police has confirmed the incident and told ABC live that alleged property dealer Vijay Bhadwaj has been arrested by them and he has confessed his crime and Gurgaon police is investigating further.
