The foot prints of its bitter memories are not willing to subdue mostly due to unrealistic approaches of state political authorities at all levels now people has taken this responsibility in their on hands to again trail for lost their peace legacy.
In industrial hub of Gujarat Ahmedabad where is a locality named Gulbarg housing Society in Meghani nagar which had witnessed the worst communal riots in 2002 the post Godhra reactionary anti Muslim riots and had lost its 68 residents.
After waited for long seven years for justice and failed to get till date now deiced to dedicate their land and runs of building to the cause of communal harmony and dreamed a Museum of Resistance to mark their solidarity with the communal harmonists.
Citizens of Justice and Peace, a social organization run by Teesta Setalvad is supporting and mooting the dream of Gulbarg Society.
As per insider this museum will map all incidents of communal tensions in India cutting across religions and castes line.
All document and films on the cause will soon display in its website which will be soon on air.
As recent win of Narendra Modi lead BJP has demised the hope of Gulbarg society to get some relief on government side there fore this gesture for mapping the communal tension across the nation will surely help the researchers and some time has chance to convey other to think over the fate of communal riots victims.
