BCI May Face Contempt of Court on Monday on Corruption in Judicary Survey

New Delhi (ABC Live): A survey conducted by Bar council of India (BCI), a National apex body of advocates on corruption prevalence in Indian Judiciary got serous look of Supreme Court of India on Friday.

V B Joshi, a advocate in supreme court sought permission from bench headed by chief Justice K G Balakrishnan to file writ petition against BCI on its conducted survey.

Expressing his observation on the issue chief Justice said “"We are always at the receiving end”.

The bench also ruled that petitioner does not require any permission from Court to file writ.

Joshi, the petitioner said latter that he will file petition on Monday for contempt of court against BCI.

It to remember that a news paper report which Joshi has quoted in his petition published in a news paper BCI chairman has said apex body is asking views from state bar councils and bar association s on prevalence of corruption in judiciary.  

All lines for next fight on corruption in Judiciary are drawn; V B Joshi next move on Monday can open the Pandora of allegations which every one is to avoiding even the Indian Judiciary
