Amritsar (ABC Live): Ansar Burney, former Pakistani human rights minister reached India via Wagha Border on Wednesday.

Burney, a noted human rights activist has planned to meet Sarabjit Singh’s family along with his efforts to release Pakistani prisoners in Indian Jails with Indian authorities.

It is mention hare that Burney is visiting India on Punjab Chief Minister invitation and going to meet Parkash Singh Badal.

He has list of 46 Pakistani prisoners lodged in Punjab Jails which he will request Badal for their freedom.

He will also visit New Delhi where he will meet Indian high authorities to peruse Pakistanis prisoner’s cases for release as Pakistan is showing positive steps on this humanitarian issue.
