Hamid Karzai Escaped in Terrorists Attack

Kabul (ABC Live): Hamid Karzai, President of Afghanistan escaped unhurt in a Taliban backed terrorists attack in a military function in Kabul on Sunday April 27.

Kabul (ABC Live): Hamid Karzai, President of Afghanistan escaped unhurt in a Taliban backed terrorists attack in a military function in Kabul on Sunday April 27.

In attack at least two people has died and nearly 14 persons got injured seriously including two members of Parliament.

Security forces has taken quick action and put security cordon around Karzai and taken him away from gun shots area.

It is to remember that Afghanistan military was celebrating 16^th anniversary of removal of Soviet rule in Afghanistan.

On other side Taliban sources has confirmed their hand in this attacks and also warned with more in coming days.

When attacked was carried out in function the president was accomplished by many national and international dignitaries including The US and UK ambassadors and the Nato military commanders.
